Love is in the air!

Valentine's Day is coming up soon, and we wanted to give you a couple ideas of how to connect with your partner. Or yourself for that matter!

How about a partner workout? Spending time together elevating those endorphins is a perfect way to set the tone (and tone up!) this Valentine's Day. Here's a suggested partner workout based on your preferred exercises on our social media poll recently:

  1. Air squats with double high five
  2. Plank with reach across high fives
  3. Russian twists
  4. Partner leg throws
  5. Burpees or jumping jacks

Do each exercises for 40 seconds, then take a 20 second rest. Repeat this 5 times and you've completed a total body workout in just 5 minute increments!

If you need a bit more guidance in your workouts, or you/your partner is stressed with work or the kids and can’t find time to take care of themself optimally we have another option.
